WHtR Ready is operated by Christopher Robinson. The iPhone app stores assessment records locally. This support website is separate from the app.

The iPhone app

The app has no account, analytics, advertising, or cloud synchronization. It does not send assessment records to the developer. The standalone calculator does not save its entries.

Assessment sessions may store names, rank, age, sex, height, waist readings, remarks, results, and dates on your device. The app uses this information to display your roster and prepare DA Form 5500 PDFs.

Sharing and deletion

You choose when to share or print a PDF. Once you share it, the destination handles the file under its own policies. Single-Soldier PDF filenames include rank, name, and assessment date. Local records stay on your device until you delete them in Settings & About or remove the app. Delete All Local Records is permanent. The developer cannot retrieve or remotely delete local records.

Purchases

Apple processes the optional Batch Export purchase. The app uses StoreKit to verify and restore the purchase. The developer does not receive your payment-card details.

This website and support email

This static website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. It has no contact form, user accounts, advertising, or site analytics script. Cloudflare processes technical requests needed to deliver and protect the pages under its own policies.

If you email support, the developer receives the email address, subject, message, and any attachments you send. The message is used to respond to your request and improve the app. It is not published or used for advertising. Email services involved in delivery handle messages under their own policies. Please do not send Soldier information, assessment forms, medical details, passwords, or government identifiers.

Support messages remain in the developer’s mailbox until deleted. You can request deletion by emailing visitor_topaz7m@icloud.com. The developer cannot retrieve or delete records stored only on your iPhone.
